About Our Leader
The Chief Executive Officer/Chairman
Dr. Ayodele Elegbeleye is the medical director. He is a clinical pharmacist, a professional business developer with masters in business administration, he has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry having worked at managerial levels with various multinational healthcare companies like Workhadlt, Novo Nordisk and many other indigenous pharmaceutical companies like Hess pharmaceuticals, Nubian kemet before retiring as the chief operating officer of Nubian Pharmaceuticals in 2021.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, UK and a certified management consultant (FIMC, CMC).
He’s an advocate against bad governance, a voice of reason in Nigerian politics, and an advocate for youth inclusiveness.
He championed the 40% affirmative action for youths in governance at all levels.
He loves charity and philanthropy which is why he founded the foundation for Collective Impact as a not-for-profit organization whose mandate is to empower women, youths, disabled and other underserved communities
